He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sizemore and Clara Hoke Sizemore; and his brothers, Leo Woodward Sizemore (Virginia) and Ivan Lassiter Sizemore (Louise). He is survived by: his sister Juanita Matney (Nancy J. McClung) of Atlanta, GA; his children, Tonya R. Lambert (Ronald) of Mooresville, NC, Van L. Sizemore (Rose Marie Schneider), Jan W. Sizemore (Justin) of Roanoke, VA and Alexander Leonard Sizemore (Jenny) of Ronceverte, WV; his grandchildren, Jared Sibert (Mary Wyrick), Zane Lambert of Mooresville, NC, Brandon Lambert (Heather Day) of Mooresville, NC, Summer Tucker of Ronceverte, WV. and Andrew Tucker of Ronceverte, WV.; and his great grandchild Annabelle Lee of Mooresville, NC..
