She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Ballard and Mildred Crone Ballard; and her husband Keith E. Morgan. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Peggy Crawford (Henry) of Ronceverte and Mark Morgan of Charlottesville, VA.; her cousins, Carol Dixon of Charles Town, WV, Dwight Ferguson (Sue) of Charles Town, WV, Shirley Ferguson of Charles Town, WV and Judy Ballard; her nieces, Kelli Bostic (Jamie) of Ronceverte, Jennifer Miller (C. J.) of Frankford and Tonya Wolford of Mineral, VA.; and her nephew Charles Crawford of Organ Cave.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to either Greenbrier County Humane Society, 151 Holliday Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
