He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kyer and Dorothy Mahala Holliday Morgan; and his siblings, Marilyn Morgan Blankenship and Wayne Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Irene Dunbar Morgan; his sons, Julian Kyer Morgan Jr. (Donna), Clark Morgan (Laura) and Scott Morgan (Susie); his brothers, Gary Morgan (Vicki), Theo Morgan (Kelly) and Warren Morgan (Carol); his grandchildren, Mattison, McKinley, Montana, Ashley, Randall, Sarah, Nicholas, Keaton, Luke, Elkan, Amanda, Altar and Avonlea; and his close friend Dickie Holliday. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
