She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cook and Stephanie Cook of Middletown, CT.; her siblings, James Cook Jr. and Karen Cook Brown; and her close friend Mary Glover.
She is survived by: her sisters, Pat Saunders (Lewis), Corinne McCarthy and Sharlene Jones; her nieces and nephews, John Matthews (Sharon), Tina Sapouckey (Paul), Aaron Harakaly (Amy), James Cook, Jason Cook (Jessica), Justin Cook, Stephanie Hammett and Kaly Jones; and her close friends, Sarah Estep, Kay, Pearl and Cindy. She is also survived by several great-nieces, nephews.
