He is survived by: his children, Loretta Tate (Steve) and Billy Allen Bowden Jr. (Monica); his grandchildren, Maggie Bowden, Matt Bromeling, Jena Ramsey and Trevor Ramsey; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Bowden (Boo) of Ronceverte; his nieces and nephews, Drema Persinger (Curtis) of Caldwell, Melissa Bowden of Caldwell, Rebecca Gibson (Michael) of Buchanan, VA, Lester Bowden, Jr. (Angie) of Lewisburg and Christopher Bowden (Karen) of Pickaway; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Curtis Persinger Jr. (Becky), Lindsey Windon (Justin), Ezra Tincher, III, Joshua Tincher, Gabriel Gibson, Gabrielle Wood (Griff), Karissa Bowden and Kassidy Bowden; and also, Ellie Persinger, Hunter Windon, Hadley Windon, Mollie Persinger and Nolan Winnings.
