He is survived by: his wife Helen Hines (Burkett); his children, JoAnn Sirbaugh (Gerry) of Capon Bridge and David W. Hines (Krista) of Kirby; his nephew Steve G. Hines of Romney; his grandchildren, Jason, Lindsay, Kayla and Harley; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Alayna, Andrea, Landon, Levi and Chandler; and his pet Lexi Lou.
