He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert William Kizer and Mabel Estelle Davis Kizer; and his siblings, Nancy, Susie and Albert Kizer, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Eversole-Kizer of Romney; his children, Rick Kizer of Charlestown, WV, Rob Kizer (Lara) of Purcellville, VA, Kyle Kizer of Endicott, NY and Kate Waddell (Mike) of York, PA; his stepdaughter Ja'Naye Corbin of Romney; his sister Nita Smith of San Diego, CA; his daughter-in-law Kristen Lanco Carr; and his grandchildren, Kameryn Kizer, John Kizer and Katherine Corbin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
