She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard F. Fessler and Ethel Fessler (Whitman). She is survived by: her children, Brian Brown of Virginia, Donald Brown of Ft. Ashby, WV., Donna Brown of Romney, WV and Deborah Brown of Rockville, MD.; her granddaughters, Tina Stuart and Alicia Powell; and her great grandchildren, Nicole, Brian Stuart and Quinn Powell.
