Lucy Jane Staggs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Jane Staggs of Romney, West Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Dean and Retha Jane Dean (Cox); and her siblings, Jennings, Roscoe Dean and Alice Rinker (late Dave Rinker).
She is survived by: her husband Jerry V. Staggs; her children, Shelley S. Ellington (Michael) of Linville, VA and Jared D. Staggs (Katelyn Crispino) of Augusta; her brother Jerry N. Dean of Romney; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Parker of Romney. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
