Though Linette may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linette touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert I. Frye and Grace Frye (Kingman); her husband Herman E. Jacobs, Sr.; and her brothers, Roy James Frye and Herbert James Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Estalla Lee Welch of Berkeley Springs, WV, Charles Fiske of Indianapolis, IN and Ivy JoAnn Jacobs-Westover of Martinsburg, WV. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKee Funeral Home (16700 Northwestern Turnpike, Augusta, WV 26704). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McKee Funeral Home Chapel (16700 Northwestern Turnpike, Augusta, WV 26704).
