She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector LeRoy and Elizabeth LeRoy (Jolliffe); her husband James L. "Jim" Shriver; her daughter Suzanne Shriver; and her brother David LeRoy.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Shriver (Shannon) of Pella, IA and Cindy L. Melester (Ben) of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Brittany Nester (Nick), Abigail Nester (Christian), Phillip Nester, Abigail Melester, Penelope Shriver and Calliope Shriver; and her sister Elizabeth Lewis (Ernie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
