He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha John Moreland and Sallie C. Moreland (Kidwell); his wife Betty Louise Moreland; and his sister Reba Moreland. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen W. Moreland of Romney and Mark D. Moreland of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Cathe Moreland of Romney and Barbara Wilson of South Charleston, WV; his great grandchildren, Juliet L., Fiona J. Moreland and Dominic D. Lastoria; his brother Keith L. Moreland of Glen Burnie, MD; and his uncle Wendell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
