Duncan, Jr. (Donna) of Romney, WV, Bonnie Duncan of Romney, WV and Lisa Twigg of Romney, WV; his siblings, Floyd Duncan of Romney, Ronald Duncan of Romney, Gary Duncan of Romney, Betty Hutzell of Old Town, MD, Thelma Ludwick of Augusta, WV and Sharon Pownall of Levels, WV; his grandchildren, John Duncan, III (April), Joey Duncan (Amy), Traci Ensminger (Brian), Heather Shanholtz, Jordan Twigg and Amber Evans (Curtis); and his great grandchildren, Peyton Duncan, Camden Duncan, Taylor Ensminger, Briley Ensminger and Brant Esnsminger.
