He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Cooper (Corbin) of Romney, WV; his siblings, Wilda Jean Cooper Clem (Willard) and Berlin Cooper (Ginny); and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Debbie Miller, Doug, Debbie Clem, Doris Clem, Kevin, Tamara Corbin, Teresa Messina, Steven Cooper and John Cooper.
