He is survived by: his parents, Eric Hornagold and Tanya Hornagold (Simms); his daughter Hazel Hornagold; his siblings, Melodie (Ryan Riggleman), Tate Hornagold (Tasha) and Zoë Hornagold; and his grandparents, Al Simms Jr., Tom and Flo Hill.
