He is survived by: his children, Christina R. "Tina" Corbin of Newnan, GA and B. Scott Kesner of Stephens City, VA; and his siblings, Richard Kesner of Romney, WV, Dorothy Pratt of Romney, WV, Johnny Blaine Kesner (Laurine) of Winchester, VA, Patricia Riggleman (Roger) of Maysville, WV, Steve Kesner (Carolyn) of Augusta, WV and Don Kesner (Myra) of Shanks, WV.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
