He is survived by: his great-nephew Mason Rayner; and his siblings, Jason Charlton (Betty) of Romney, Jack Charlton of Petersburg, WV, James Charlton (Linda) of Romney, Betty Jo Kennell (Lynn) of Fort Ashby, WV, Jean Hawkins of Fort Ashby, Joyce Charlton of Cumberland, MD, Judy Twigg (Edgar) of Oldtown, MD and Janet Patton (Frank) of Cumberland. He is also survived by seven nephews, 10 nieces and a large number of grand nieces and nephews.
