High, Ernest Lee "Boy" High, Ida L. "Peg" Keplinger and Mary E. Ganoe; his daughters, Crystal D. Thorne (Toma) of Augusta, Brandi S. Gregory (Doug) of Martinsburg, Amanda J. High (Trey) of Midland, VA, Emily M. Kadar of Romney and Allison P. Kadar of Wheeling; his grandchildren, Adrianna, Ethan, Payton, Zayden, Alaina, Ryleigh and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Kyliegh, Haidyn, Levi and Attikus.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paul H. "Pete" High (Arlene), Norman F. High (Betty), Nim F. High, Mike H. High and Iva S. "Polly" Davy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (230 E Main St, Romney, WV 26757). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
