He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Parker (Doman); and his children, Anthony Talbert, Rose E. Shewbridge (Harry), Eileen Talbert, Steve Talbert, Jr., Brenda Mellotte, Ryan Winkler, Troy Winkler (Corrie) and Chris Winkler. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous extended family.
