He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Kay Smith; his siblings, Calvin, Donnie, Larry and Debbie Flack; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Eversole and Violet Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his son Stephen (Rebonica); his grandchildren, Caitlin (Bryce) of Morgantown and Mason of Morgantown; his sister Carole Eversole of Romney; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Davis of Romney, Jennie, Harold VanBuskirk of Glen Burnie, MD, Barbara and Paul Biser of Inwood, WV. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
