He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Shanholtz and Elsie Shanholtz (Haines); and his wife Wilda Shanholtz (Strong). He is survived by: his children, Terry Shanholtz (Beverly) of Shanks, Dianna Skinner (Donnie) of Romney, Darlene Shepherd of Winchester, VA and Rita; his grandchildren, Steven Shanholtz of Inwood, WV, Lukus Shanholtz (Lindsay) of Romney, WV, Whitney Shanholtz (MaryAnne), Darren Shanholtz of Shanks, Minor Watts (Jessica) of Augusta, Megan Armstrong of Winchester, VA, Jennifer Eckert (James) of Richmond, VA, Shawn Skinner (Charissa) of Wardensville, WV and Vanessa Privratsky (David) of Romney, WV; and his great grandchildren, Morgan Mason, Easton, Andrea, Levi Shanholtz, Trenton, Tate Armstrong, Makenzie, Mason Watts, Jillian, Kiera Eckeret, Ben Skinner and Eden Privratsky.
