It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Frye of Romney, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Watson and Vallie M. Watson (Maiers); and her siblings, Charles Watson and Betty Longerbeam. She is survived by: her husband Richard F. Frye; her daughter Christine M. Lewis (Ralph) of Romney, WV; her niece Vickie Huff-Cochran; her nephew Larry Huff of Berryville, VA; and her great-niece Brooklyn Huff of Berryville, VA..
