He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon David Rayner, Sr. and Ethel Susan Rayner (Southerly); and his siblings, Vernon David Rayner, Jr. and Beverly J. Dennison. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Susan Mae Rayner of Romney; his grandson Ayden William Rayner of Romney; his brother Kenneth E. "Kenny" Rayner (Bernice) of Points; and his stepson Ronald W. Wolford, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
