With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Poland of Romney, West Virginia, born in Shanks, West Virginia, who passed away on July 2, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donavin Poland and Adelaide Walters (Pyles); his grandmother Edna Pyles; his brother Gene Poland; his grandson Neal Sann; and his wife Sandra Lee Poland.
He is survived by: his children, Carroll Poland Jr. of Romney, Donavin Poland (Chris) of Romney, Cynthia Zeeks (George) of Mooresville, NC and Brenda Poland (John) of Middletown, DE.; his grandchildren, Corey Poland (Michelle), Kristin Pisani, Curtis Poland, Alexis Boyce, Drew Boyce (Ashleigh), Jackie Burns (Jesse) and Donny Poland; and his half-brother Garry Walters (Jan) of Knox, PA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends - All of whom loved "Pap".
