She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Pepper Smith and Enola Smith (Martin); her husband Dr. Garrett I. Long, Jr.; her grandson Jesse F. Long; and her sister Gloria Ray Johnston (Smith).
She is survived by: her children, Dr. G. I. Long, III and Kitty Blue Kiser; her grandchildren, Garrett IV, Tyler Long, Ashley Blue and Kelsey Kiser; her great grandchildren, Garrett V, Hunter, Jeremy Long and Harlyn Long; and her brother Larry Smith.
