He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Mills and Ramona Mills of Romney; his wife Kristie Mills of Romney, WV; his children, Arthur (Jennifer Mills), Rockwell Mills of Winchester, Adam Mills of Poughkeepsie, NY, Kristofer (Emilie Moon), Kyle (Haley Moon) and Sadie Moon (Samantha Moon); his grandchildren, Jackson, Jameson, Layla Mills, Cevin, Sasha Mills, Evan, Evelyn, Scarlett Mills, Raven and Allan Moon; and his siblings, RoseAnna Puffenbarger (Sam) and Albertus Mills. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews.
