She was predeceased by: her father Fred A. Swick; her husband Carroll J. Wells; her siblings, Allen, Dick, Frank, Mary V. Davis and Carolyn Lynn Swick; and her sister-in-law Nina Swick.
She is survived by: her children, James Wells (Karen) of Norton, VA, Diane Wells (Johnnie Strickler) of Shanks, WV, Lisa Adams (Jeff) of Springfield, WV, Kelly Hott (Lynn) of Augusta, WV and Wendy Teter of Romney, WV; and her siblings, Evelyn Boylan (Chuck) of Monrovia, MD, Steve Swick (Joyce) of Winchester and Danny Swick of Romney, WV. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
