She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Coleman Racey and Mary Ellen Racey (Stump); her children, Kimberly Ann Buckley (Gary) of Romney and Randy Steven Dean of Winchester; her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew and Meghan; her son James Lee Dean, Jr. of Concord; and her brother Eugene.
