He was predeceased by: his parents, John Puhalla and Maria Copjan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Puhalla (Bonini); his children, Stephan (Diane Puhalla) of Saint Pete Beach, FL, Rosalinde (Wes Sloan) of Celina, TX, Jennifer Gale of San Francisco, CA, Lillian Puhalla of Tiburon, CA and Diane (Patrick Gallagher); and his grandchildren, Devon, Margot Rieders and Sasha Puhalla.
