He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Dale Riggs Sr., Walter "Jay" Riggs and Judy Riggs-McCoy; his children, Stella "Michelle" Loflin (Alan) of Hubert, NC, Jason Riggs (Rebecca) of Beckley, Matthew Riggs (Allison) of Bluefield, WV and Austin Riggs of Bluefield; his grandchildren, Stephen Bruce, Maci Riggs, Landon Riggs, Jace Riggs and Saylor Riggs; his great grandchild Aubree Bruce; and his siblings, Donnie (Sherry Riggs) of Big Sandy, Sandy Riffe (Teddy) of Hensley, Winnie Napier (Bill) of Wytheville, VA, Cathy Riffe (Donald) of Bland, VA and Era "Squirt" Alley of Roderfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, masks are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
