He was predeceased by: his father James Lee Conrad Sr.; and his daughter Kimberly. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Watson of Mace, WV; his children, Brooklin, Christopher and Tyler Conrad of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, James Lee Conrad Jr. of Pittsburg, PA, Ronald Conrad of Richmond, VA, Pamela Howerton of Sophia and Susan Frantz of Middletown, DE..
