He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kohn of Manassas, VA.; his daughter-in-law Lori Green; his grandsons, Micah and Oliver of Coeur; his son Robert Green (Amy); his grandchildren, James, Laura and Lewis of Athol, ID; his daughter Janna Shick (John); his grandchildren, Allison, Wyatt and Melanie of Butler, Pennsylvania; and his daughter Julie Green.
