He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Cook (Mark) of Adger, AL, Rose Cook (John) of Roderfield and Vicki Wesley (Harlan) of Beckley; his brothers, Randy Green of Welch and Joe Green (Rachel) of Pineville; his grandchildren, Tashana Wilmoth of Adger, AL, Doug Green (Morgan) of Iaeger, Isabella, Blaine Cook of Roderfield, Caleb of Beckley and Ethan Wesley of Beckley; his great grandchildren, Kenzley Wilmoth of Adger, AL, Ray, Lynn and Brendalin Green of Iaeger; and also, Debbie Hodges and Daniel Green (Boone) of Welch.
