He is survived by: his mother Molly Derossett Carter of Roderfield, WV; his daughter Chloe Carter; his grandmother Pauline DeRossett Amburgey; his stepfather Billy Charles of Premier, WV; his sisters, Paula Stinson (Chris) of Winston-Salem, N. C. and Heather Barber (Sean) of Welch, WV; and his grandparents, Harold and Betty Carter of Beaver, WV. F. He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
