Carter (Tiffany) of Wilkesboro, NC, Frances Testerman (Rodney) of Bear Creek, NC and Helen Scarborough (Cory) of South Carolina; and his stepchildren, Frank Wheeler (Deanna) of Commerce, GA and Sherry Acock of Commerce, GA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
