He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther "Bay" Chaffins and Ruby Green Chaffins; and his siblings, Josephine "Faye" Kelly, Rita Franklin and David Chaffins.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Kristi Kiser and Kimberly Randolph; his sons-in-law, Clint Kiser and Jamie Randolph; his granddaughters, Brianna Wooldridge (Tyler) and Haley Randolph; and his siblings, Brenda Harrison, John, Fred and Darrell Chaffins.
