He is survived by: his wife Judy Carol Justice McKinney; his sons, Brandon Warren McKinney and Brian Weldon (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Ronan Justice, Aralynn Rose, Ashlyn Ryleigh and Liam Iley McKinney; his son Patrick Wiley (Erica); his grandchildren, Aidan Wesley, Evelyn Rae and Easton Wiley McKinney; his great grandchild Jonathan Rush (Amanda); his siblings, Betty Green, Wiley McKinney and Chester McKinney; and also, Warren Daniel and Victoria Elizabeth McKinney. He is also survived by wives and nine grandchildren.
