He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willard and Nettie Gay Milam; and his brother Harold Milam. He is survived by: his children, Diana Milam Lyons, Toney Carl Milam, Jr., Jessica Davis, Jonathan Milam and Joshua Milam (Dora); his sister Debbie Eads; and his brother-in-law Jeff Hanshaw. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
