She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Harvey Ramsey and Iris Sue Ramsey; and her sister Deborah Carden. She is survived by: her husband Carnes Timothy Cecil; her daughters, Brandi Huffman (Troy) of Princeton and Casey Belcher of Rock; her granddaughters, Addison Huffman, Karson Huffman and Cora Belcher; her siblings, Willard Ramsey (Hilda) of Kegley, Beverly Pacitto (James) of Lashmeet and Cindy Roberts of Princeton; and her brother-in-law Gary Carden of Lashmeet.
