He is survived by: his children, Randy Miller Howerton, Jr., Jennifer Tate (Justin) of Rural Retreat, VA and Jessica Howerton of Circleville, OH; his stepsons, Christopher Blankenship of Indiana, Jerry Blankenship (Angela) of Michigan and Richie Blankenship (Ashley) of Idaho; and his siblings, Benny Howerton (Geneva) of Rock, WV, Kee Howerton (Laura) of Tennessee, Ronald Lee Howerton (Bonnie) and Bonnie Howerton (Ronnie Poore) of Bluewell, WV.
