He is survived by: his wife Gail June Worthington of Princeton; his children, Kelly Jo Huggins (Terry) of Marion, OH, Kerry Jean Worthington (David Weese) of Hiawatha, Misty Dawn Artressia (Charles) of Marion, OH, Jackie Worthington, Terry Eugene Worthington (Lacie) of Marion, OH, Christopher Michael Parsons (Stacy) of Bellevue, OH, Jason Grant and Josh Walters; his grandchildren, Heaven, Donnagail, Christopher, Michael, Raymond, Jennifer, Brittany, Starla, Paige, Sierra, Savannah, Brandon, Little David, Summer, Sheldon and Skyler; and his siblings, Mary Thomas, Rock, Mary Sue Nierman (Richard) of Michigan, Retha Griffith of Michigan, Febie Lust (Shorty) of Delbarton, WV, Edna Mae Colure of Kentucky, Cecil Worthington of Michigan and Johnny Overstreet. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
