He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Caldwell; and his brother Terry Caldwell. He is survived by: his children, Pam and Regina; his parent Kathleen Caldwell (McCormick) of Rt; his spouse Dorothy Wooten; his children, Pamela Caldwell Dunlap of Hurricane, WV and Rex Caldwell; his great grandchild Rylee Johnson; and his sisters, Nadine Green, Lois Dale Caldwell Young and Judy Lovejoy (late Roy).
