She is survived by: her mother Freda Bailey Goodwin of Fairdale, WV; her children, Jerry Mullens, Jr. (Ashley) of Christiansburg, VA, Teresa Amos (Gary Jr.) of Rock Camp, WV, Jamie Amos (Mike) of Rock Camp, WV and Jennifer Salmons of Greenville, WV; and her brothers, Randy Ackelson of Pineville, WV and Chucky Ackelson of Pineville, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
