He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Cook and Ethel Herald Cook; his daughter Judy Moore; and his brother-in-law Donnie Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Cook; his sons, Michael Cook of Rock and Bill Cook; his siblings, Gaye Pennington of Chase City, VA, Darrell Cook (Stella) of Wayne and Myrna Baldwin of Bridgeton, NJ; and his grandchildren, Matthew Moore, William Moore, Tiffany Franco (Tommy), Courtney Cook and Michael Cook.
