With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elmer Steven Lefler of Rock, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Lefler and Dorothy L. Thornton Lefler; his wife Mary White Lefler; and his son Steven Lefler. He is survived by: his daughters, Debora Beck of Rock, Denise Jefferson of Rock and Victoria Stobaugh of Crab Orchard; and his sisters, Helen Stevers of Pembroke, VA and Mabel Kidd of Scottsville, VA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Castle Rock Baptist Church (201 Castle Rock Dr, Pembroke, VA 24136).
