She was predeceased by: her parents, Paris Shrader and Edna Mae Shrader; her husband William "Bill" Belcher; and her daughters, Teresa and Lisa Belcher.
She is survived by: her sister Elzetta "Margaret" Mitchell; her stepgrandchildren, Dwayne and Veronica Neel; her great grandchildren, Dalton Neel, Sophia and Braxton "Smiley" Brewster; her brother Charles "Orville" Shrader (Beverly) of Rhode Island; her niece Donna; and her nephew Charlie.
