He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Fine and Eunice Brown Fine; his siblings, Anthony Fine, Arlene Owens and Mary Ann Reece; and his pet Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Davis Fine; his children, Daniel P. Fine, II (Tina) of Wise, VA, Robin Fine (Cathy) of Rock and Mandy Ganoe (Alan) of Princeton; his brother David Lee Fine (Mary Jo) of Littleton, CO; his granddaughters, Samantha, Megan, Brianna and Kaitlyn; and his great grandchildren, Railyn, Thomas, Alora, Vincent and Logan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
