He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lloyd Lilly and Ina Ruth Basham Lilly; and his siblings, Emma Dean Akers and Glenn Eugene Thomason. He is survived by: his wife Nora Davis Lilly; his sons, Clayton Lilly, Jr. of Manchester and Jason Glenn Lilly of Lashmeet; his granddaughters, Brittany Hare of Colorado, Angelina Nicole Lilly of Westminister, Maryland and Cara Nicole Massicot of Westminister, Maryland; his sister Rae Dois Frye of Pennsylvania; and his niece Denna Zade of Green Valley.
