With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Williams of Rock, West Virginia, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Otis Martin and Frankie Burkhart Martin; her husband James Williams (Gib); and her sisters, Regina Stoots and Marilyn McNeil.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Higgins (Stephanie) of Spanishburg, Robbie Williams (Misti) of Rock and Terri Osborne (Jim) of Rock; her sisters, Linda Caddell and Tammy Shrewsbury; and her grandchildren, Matthew Osborne, Stacy Osborne, Kristen Lewis, Tommy Williams, Brittany Tate, Destany Williams, Hunter Williams, Samantha Higgins and Audrey Higgins. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
