She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron G. Cecil and Lalar Mae Turman Cecil; her husband Eugene D. Beggs; her son Timothy E. Beggs; and her son-in-law Alvin L. Grose.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Grose of Bluewell, WV, Gretchen Buckalew (Tim) of Rock, WV and Jason Beggs of Rock, WV; her daughter-in-law Margaret Phillips of Rock, WV; her sister Yvonne Cecil of Ocala, FL; and her grandchildren, Paul Phillips, Michelle Whittaker, Heather Phillips, Preston Beggs, Matthew Grose, Andrew Grose, Tabitha Buckalew, Sabrina Buckalew and Gabrielle Beggs. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
